What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and runs until 3:00 AM. Late check-in is subject to availability, so please call ahead. Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Is there a minimum age to check in?
Yes. Guests must be at least 18 years old with valid photo ID and the card used for payment.
Is parking free?
Yes. Free uncovered self-parking is included, with a limit of two spaces per room. Wheelchair-accessible parking is available.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in every room, with a limit of two devices per room.
What is your cancellation policy?
Online bookings use our Prepay Non-refundable rate. Your card is charged in full when you book. Date changes are allowed up to 3 days before arrival and may change the price. Cancellations forfeit the prepayment.
Are taxes and fees included in the price I see?
Your booking summary shows the nightly rate, any discount, taxes and the card processing fee separately, with one clear total before you pay. Nothing is added later.
Is the property accessible?
Relax Inn Smyrna is a single-level building with no elevator, a stair-free, well-lit path to the entrance, visual fire alarms and wheelchair-accessible parking. Accessibility may have limitations, so call us to discuss your needs.
Do rooms have a fridge and microwave?
Yes. Every room has a mini fridge, a microwave, a flat-screen TV and individual air conditioning.
How far are Dover attractions?
Dover Motor Speedway is approximately 12 minutes away, Bally's Dover approximately 11 minutes, and Delaware State University approximately 10 minutes. Drive times vary with traffic.
