Rate details: Prepay Non-refundable
- A valid credit card is required for payment to guarantee the Prepay Non-refundable rate. The card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay.
- Prepay rates are charged the full cost of the reservation at the time of booking. If payment is unsuccessful at the time of booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- Date changes are allowed through 11:59 PM local hotel time, 3 days before arrival. Date changes may result in a change to the overall cost of the reservation. A change resulting in a lower cost forfeits the difference; a change resulting in a higher cost is charged the difference.
- Date changes after 3 days before arrival are not allowed. Cancellation results in forfeiture of the prepayment.
Holding, cancelling and modifying
- Holding your reservation: to guarantee your reservation we charge your credit card a prepayment of the total cost, processed upon confirmation.
- Cancelling your reservation: the prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Modifying your reservation: any change in the length or dates of a reservation may result in a rate change.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 3:00 PM until 3:00 AM. Late check-in is subject to availability, please call ahead. Check-out before 11:00 AM.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old and present valid government photo ID and the card used for payment.
Occupancy and conduct
Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum shown for the room type. All rooms are non-smoking; designated outdoor smoking areas are provided and fines apply for smoking in rooms. Parking is limited to two spaces per room. Guests are responsible for any damage to the room.
